Business verification — company name, role, verification screenshot; used only to assess the reliability of a submission's source and never displayed publicly.
User submissions — descriptions of cooperation experience plus evidence and source links; may be displayed after human review, without revealing the submitter's identity.
Information about evaluated persons — public platform handles, publicly available professional information, and source links.
Technical logs — IP address, request time, and rate-limit counters, used to prevent abuse and automated attacks.
What we do not collect
Private contact details, home addresses, or family information of evaluated persons
Sensitive data such as health, sexual orientation, political opinions, or religious beliefs
Allegations of criminal conduct that are not supported by evidence
Storage and cross-border processing
The service runs on Cloudflare's global infrastructure; the database and object storage are located outside mainland China. Verification screenshots are held in access-restricted storage and used solely for human review.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information relating to you, withdraw consent, or close your account by writing to appeal@kolblacklist.com. We verify the identity of the requester before acting.
We retain the internal review records necessary to handle disputes and respond to enquiries. Those records are for internal use only and are never shown publicly.
